I am the father of three, husband of one, and lover of the Gospel message. I simply seek to spread the Word of God unadulterated and in context with a special emphasis on supporting recovery from traumatic and spiritually abusive religion.

If you have ever felt that your value to the church, and then intrinsically, to God was based on how well you performed in the church, or how you were rated by the Pastor, then this video and article is for you.

Churches and leaders who create systems of conformity, punishments for failure to do so, and then by proxy, modify your value to God based on your conformity to his rules is an abusive structure. Our hope is that this video will help you see your way through and out of that environment.
